parents of the little girl who was killed should of done a better job keeping an eye on her. the girl also should have known not to just run out into the road for a stupid ball. please prove to me how marijuana is the cause of all this. if the driver was to stoned to drive and hit a little girl, then he shouldnt be smoking at all lol
